ABOUT MEDIATION…

Mediation is a confidential facilitated negotiation process aimed at assisting parties in litigated cases and other disputes to find a resolution. Different styles of mediation are appropriate for different situations and party personalities and the process can be customized to fit the parties’ specific needs. Mediation allows the parties to participate in finding their own resolution rather than having it imposed by a judge or arbitrator. Bringing another party to court is expensive, time consuming and stressful. By using a mediator, the parties will have the trained and neutral ear of a facilitator, and benefit of a private, confidential means of coming to an agreement. The mediator/facilitator will guide the parties through the negotiation process and enhance the success of a mutual resolution. Mediation can be helpful in nearly any situation, from private family matters, corporations, to church congregations. The mediator/facilitator acts as a third party, with the aim of improving communication between the disagreeing parties in order to find a suitable means of settling the dispute. It is our mission to help you resolve your disputes.
